Thus, if you asked for the wrong size or we delivered a wrong one, feel free to contact our customer support within 14 days. No exchange or return after 14 days. A similar case scenario applies if you receive the wrong color jacket or if the jacket color or other products doesn’t match the one shown in the image.

Order Cancellation advised within 3 days of placing an order. 25% of the total payment will be charged. If you cancel the order after 3 days, 45% of the total amount will be deducted. No order can be canceled after a duration of 7 days. Make sure you cancel your order within a week after placing an order.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases wherein the product is out of stock or appears to be faulty. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns.
